1 Your license by plan

Free plan: a personal-use license. Generate and print for yourself — not for resale.
Starter, Pro, Business & Agency: a commercial license. You may sell what you create, subject to the terms below.

Good to know: the license applies to artwork generated while your account is in good standing. Your right to keep selling already-downloaded files does not disappear if you later downgrade, but a paid plan is required to generate new commercial Outputs.

2 What you CAN do (paid plans)

Sell physical prints

Sell printed posters, framed art and physical products featuring your Outputs.

Sell digital downloads

List the files as printable digital downloads on Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad and similar.

Print-on-demand

Use with Printful, Printify and POD services for mugs, shirts, wall art, etc.

Edit & combine

Edit the SVG/PDF and combine Outputs into your own bundles and listings.

3 What you CANNOT do

Resell as editable templates

Don’t redistribute the raw Outputs as design assets, clip-art packs, or editable templates for others to generate from.

Claim the tool as yours

Don’t resell, sublicense or rebrand Studio Art App itself or its generation capability.

Infringe others’ rights

Don’t use prompts or sell art that copies trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters or a real person’s likeness without permission.

Unlawful or harmful use

No illegal, hateful or deceptive products.

4 Attribution

No attribution to Studio Art App is required when you sell your Outputs.

5 AI & exclusivity

Outputs are generated by AI. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other users, so your Outputs are not guaranteed to be exclusive, and AI-generated work may not qualify for copyright in every jurisdiction. You use them as commercial assets at your discretion and risk.

6 Termination

This license is void for any Outputs created through fraud, chargeback, or violation of these terms or our Terms of Service.
