Terms of Service

1 Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Studio Art App (the “Service”), an AI tool that generates printable wall art and related files. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 What Studio Art App does

Studio Art App lets you generate digital artwork (typography, line art, botanical, Islamic geometric, abstract, photography and more) and download it as SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG files in standard print sizes. We also provide tools to help you create Etsy listing titles, tags, descriptions and product mockups.

3 Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• The Free plan requires a valid Gmail (@gmail.com) address to limit abuse. Paid plans accept any valid email.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

4 Plans, credits & billing

• Each plan includes a monthly number of generations (“credits”). Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
• Paid features unlock only after payment is confirmed. If you select a paid plan at signup but do not complete payment, your account stays on limited (free) access until payment is verified.
• We accept manual methods (e.g. EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank/USDT) and supported card gateways. Prices are shown in USD.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5 Your content & ownership

You provide prompts and inputs (“Inputs”) and receive generated files (“Outputs”). Subject to your plan and payment in good standing, you own the Outputs you generate and may use them as described in our Commercial License. You are responsible for your Inputs and for ensuring your use of Outputs is lawful.

6 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights (e.g. brand logos, copyrighted characters, a real person’s likeness without permission);
• is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence;
• attempts to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, its API providers, or its rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7 Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available.” Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. Failed generations do not consume a credit.

8 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Art App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9 Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Files you have already downloaded remain yours, subject to the Commercial License.

10 Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction (Pakistan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
