1 Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed).
- Generation data: the prompts you enter and metadata about the files you create (style, size, formats) so we can deliver and show your history.
- Payment data: for manual payments, the screenshot/reference you upload as proof; for card gateways, the gateway processes your card — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: basic logs, cookies and session data needed to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse.
2 How we use it
- To provide the Service — generate art, deliver downloads, track your monthly credits and history.
- To process payments and unlock paid features once payment is confirmed.
- To send essential account emails (welcome, payment approval, password reset).
- To prevent fraud, abuse and to comply with the law.
3 Third-party services
We share only what is necessary with trusted providers that power the Service:
- AI generation (e.g. Replicate, Groq) — your prompt is sent to generate Outputs.
- Payment (e.g. LemonSqueezy, Gumroad, and manual wallet/bank providers) — to take payment.
- Email delivery — to send account emails.
These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
4 Data retention
We keep account and generation data while your account is active. Generated files may be cleared from storage periodically; you can re-download from History while available, or regenerate. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
5 Your rights & choices
- Access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us.
- Opt out of non-essential emails (we send very few).
- Close your account at any time.
6 Security
Passwords are hashed, API keys are stored encrypted, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
7 Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.
