Refund Policy

1 Try before you pay

Every account starts with 3 free designs, no card required, so you can confirm the Service fits your needs before upgrading. Because of this, we encourage testing on the Free plan first.

2 Digital nature of the Service

Subscriptions unlock instant access to AI generation and downloadable files. Once you have generated and downloaded files, that value has been delivered and generally cannot be “returned.”

3 When you’re eligible for a refund

• Within 7 days of a payment, and
• you have used few or no generation credits in that billing period, or
• you were charged in error, charged twice, or the Service was unavailable in a way that prevented use and we could not resolve it.

4 When a refund usually won’t apply

• A significant portion of the period’s credits has already been used.
• The request is made after the 7-day window.
• The account was terminated for violating our Terms or License.
• “Change of mind” after substantial use of generated files.

5 How to request a refund

Email support@studioart.app from your account email with your payment reference and a short reason. We aim to review requests within 3–5 business days.

6 Cancellations & chargebacks

You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; cancelling doesn’t auto-refund the current period. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — opening a dispute may suspend your account and voids the commercial license on any files generated under the disputed payment.
